POLICIES To help us help you to help us to help your pet have a comfortable and fun stay. Our goal is to make your loved one's stay with us as comfortable, relaxing and stress-free as possible. |

3. Food |
Please remember to bring your pet's food and treats ... only bring enough for the number of days of your pet's stay ... food MUST be in ZIP-LOCK BAGGIES ... NO dog food bags or garbage bags will be accepted. Please label all baggies with your pet's name and feeding instructions. It is not necessary to bring pet dishes. |  |
4. Medicines |
If your pet needs meds, bring only enough for the number of days/dosing your pet will need while here (do not bring the whole bottle) ... if multiple pills per dosing per day need to be done, please separate and brake up any pills that need to be halved etc., ... put in a "daily-dosing" container such as a pill box or separate little zip-lock baggies with dog's name, day of the week and label a.m. or p.m. dosing etc. There is a charge of $1/day for all meds and vitamins, $2/day for ear drops or other required special attention needs. | |
| 5. Flea Treatments  |
Please make sure your pet is on a current vet-prescribed type flea treatment such as FRONTLINE, ADVANTAGE, SENTINAL, etc. ... discount branded products are not acceptable nor reliable flea protection (neither are they safe for your pet). FRONTLINE PLUS is available here if needed. Please make sure flea protection is applied at least 1-2 days or more before checking in. Proof of purchase must be supplied. | |
| 6. Dropping-off & Picking-up |
Please drop-off and/or pick-up your pet according to your appointment time on your contract ... if you need to change it, please call ahead. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing time to allow us time with you and your pet. We are very firm with out times out of respect for us and our guests. Thank you! .........HOURS: 7:00-8:00AM and 6:00-7:00PM ......................Daily - 7 days a week............................. |

| Tip !!! |
Because pets sense and reflect our emotions, DO NOT allow any member of the family to stage an emotional "farewell" scene. Your pets can be made to feel unnecessarily anxious about the boarding visit if they are subjected to this kind of dramatic display.
Try to refrain from having more than one or two members of the
family in the suites' office to check-in. While it's very hard to do, it is
best to make the drop-off short, hand the leash over to the staff, finish paper
work and leave quickly. What you might think is a long time, is actually very
short to them. Your pet thinks, and knows you will return for them.
